📝 This rule is new for StyleCop Analyzers, and was not present in StyleCop Classic.

⚠️ Starting with StyleCop Analyzers 1.1, this rule has moved to SA0001. However, the documentation for the new rule still applies to users experiencing SA1652 in StyleCop Analyzers 1.0.
